OT - What's Your Favorite Beer ?

Pitt Street Brewing in Greenville, NC. Used to live in Dunedin, FL. Great breweries in Tampa Bay area are 7th Sun, Tampa Bay Brewing, 3 Daughters, too many to mention. Cigar City lost its luster when they sold.

Cool looking place. If I am in the area, I will definitively check you guys out. The coffee sour on tap now sounds very interesting.

My local brewer is Barrel of Monks. I used to be a Funky Buddha fan, but got too big and quality suffered.

It's Trappist just like Chimay blue. Maybe a little lighter. Rochefort 8 is a little lighter than the 10. One of the best brews on earth.

Jai alai isn't that good anymore, they changed the hop profile and the yeast stain a couple years ago and ruined the beer... yeah I homebrew finished top 5 in the state this year

Some great choices with the IPA's.
Elysian Space Dust is another tasty option.

Jdubs (Sarasota, FL) Passion Wheat Ale is my favorite right now.

Most of these IPA's you 'connoisseur's' drink are pure trash. You aren't special cause you've built up a tolerance and can drink a whole bottle of insecticide.

Definitely a waste of money.

Blue Point Toasted is Ridiculously Good...

Toasted Lager is their flagship. They make a good blueberry that goes well in a black and blue.

I live in Oregon so I am spoiled. If anyone comes across any beers by Breakside, Great Notion, Upright or Deschutes they are my favorites.

Upright is amazing, open fermentation in a basement the best kolsch I've ever had! Cascade is another great Portland brewery but it's expensive beer is a dollar an ounce lol...
