TE Hunter Bryant Wash

Athletic but smaller TE coming from a good program at Washington. Big time production with over 800 yards but only 3 TDs. Doesn’t play sideline to sideline, only vertically using his athleticism. Needs to add weight to become a better blocker. A lot of people thought 3rd round here.

RT/OT Alex Taylor SCST

Big 6’8 basketball player with 36 1/2 arms. Really fluid in pass protection with great hand eye coordination. Doesn’t appear to get to the second level but that’s probably because he’s new to football. Needs to add strength and put 15-20 pounds on his frame. There’s a commitment issue here though because he went back and forth between football and basketball. A lot of people had 4th-5th round grades based off potential but he’s probably here because of commitment He develops and you might have a decade long RT that might make a pro bowl.

RB James Robinson Illinois State

Uber productive back with over 1900 yards and 18 TD’s. Above average athlete that’s patient to the hole. Good vision but needs to learn to be more urgent when a hole opens. He’s a north and south runner for the most part but will bounce out a time or 2 and he doesn’t have the speed to beat people to the corner.

WR Stephen Guidry Miss St.

Find me a 6’3 WR running sub 4.5 still left. He’s that big with inside/out experience and he has a great press release. Has long speed to pull away from corners and is great at tracking the ball. That said he doesn’t play to his speed at times and he has focus drops. Sign some tools here...btw another Miss St. guy that hit kick. UM might need to look at hitting that market a little harder.

Edge Tipa Galeai USU

Straight athlete that needs coaching. He has extremely long arms. Has a good counter spin. He can even spot drop into coverage. He needs to get to 240-245 and add muscle to really see improvement in his game. He’s scary thin for an edge guy and he was kicked in 2017 for assault.

C Darryl Williams Miss St.

Former team captain and three year starter at Miss St. with center/guard versatility. Strong kid with average athleticism but makes up for it with pure grit. Very intelligent and has a good sense on picking up the second guy on combos. He does need work when it comes to the passing game and plays high but you’re looking for traits and intelligence here being he’s probably going to be a center. His work ethic would lead to improvement in the passing game.

Now this is a very interesting pickup. Cole runs a 4.48 40, 37.5" vertical and didn't pick up football until 8th grade. But he has a good build to play the slot (5'10" 197 lbs) and he contributes on special teams. Was projected possible 5th-7th round pick and 24 NFL teams attended his DII games this past season.

When you average over 20 a catch, you're worth a good, long look.
