OT: UCF QB is ****ed off about Notre Dame.

Every week there can be an excuse why a team won or lost. Coaches job to get players motivated. If you dont have motivation to perform on prime time in front of Millions on tv and to try to defeat an undefeated team then you shouldnt have even been considered for the playoff. That miami team you brought up had many all time great players. But they lost twice that year on the road. They won a game before the bowl game too. So if they werent motivated for the game then thats on the coaching staff and those players. No excuses.

I don't care who you blame, motivation in bowl games is a real issue.
 
All I can say is, kudos to UCF admin for finding a coach who built on the previous coach’s success.

Lol bcuz it shouldn't be held against UCF! They did their job. People said they would be smashed by an SEC team. They weren't. Idgaf what excuse is made, UCF showed up and played and won. They showed up every week and did enough to win every game. They had down games and found ways to win. They have done the same thing this year. Let them show what they got.

Who is holding it against UCF? They got the trophy for winning the bowl game, didn't they? We're in 2018 now. Please tell me that you weren't using that game to make a case for them THIS year.......

I'm using that game as an example of all the excuses held against UCF for the past 2 years. And how it will be held against them again if they are to win their bowl game this year and held out of the playoff

Person before this said beating 4 top 15 teams(even though it was beating TCU twice) trumps going undefeated every day of the week. Just like beating 2 different #1 ranked teams would like Auburn did.

Name me everything held against UCF and I can show you a team that has the same faults yet its not held against them

"All the excuses"? The excuse against UCF is that their schedule sucks. That's literally the case against them. The only prayer left for UCF supporters is to play the compare scores game.
