TAMU is a trap job...

Great in recruiting, unlimited resources & a program that is very capable of being a national title contender...

But the trap is, having to play Saban to get out of the West every single year.

The problem with pretty much every good job in the SEC, is that you can be a great team that wins 10+ games a year, but if you don't beat Saban you're ****ed...

It's not impossible to beat Nick, it's just rare... Too rare to risk your career on it.

I wasn't insulting you. I know plenty of good people who don't have a great ability for abstract thought. My good friend is an architect and is a very concrete thinker. Boss is an engineer, detailed but has little room for poetic interpretation. Both good people.

Urban Meyer is a better coach than Tom Herman. There's not a lot to debate or compare there.
