Dude, I get that the prison system we have is a failure and there are flaws in the criminal justice system. I also had AmeriKKKa’s Most Wanted when it came out on cassette so the KKK can eat a fat one and the KKK you keep referencing doesn’t shake me.

But I just gave a scenario where there is no question of the events as the perpetrator voluntarily takes the stand and says I absolutely robbed him at gunpoint but should be found not guilty by reason of skin color and racist AmeriKKKan history.

You think that’s a viable reason for a jury to return a not guilty verdict in such a situation where the perpetrator says yup I did it???

I don't give a fck about Tyreese's upbringing. Everyone knows what he did was wrong. I'm all about lifting people up and being sympathetic and empathetic for what they've been through, but when they start fcking with innocent people to get over on them, they can rot in a cell.

It’s amazing the ignorance portrayed in this thread in sympathy to violent felons.

The bringing up of race as an excuse is almost comical, since as crime statistics will verify, most of the victims of these violent felons are predominantly AA.... and it’s not even close.
