Just want to say, for all the people who will come in here and say that's not cool celebrating someone's death, or do you know what good things he did; want to say ***** you and go eat a dik. This murderer is responsible for hundreds of thousands, losing their homes in his fake "revolution", and killing or jailing those who opposed him. People risked thier lives trying to come to this country to escape that tyranny, unfortunately him dying only heals some wounds but doesn't make the situation in Cuba any better.

My wife is Cuban. Her parents came over when they were young. They are elated. Hard to believe people could be so happy over someone's death. But this man was so evil that a celebration is warranted.

Cuba is still under a despotic regime and Cuban exiles still voted for someone in America who said they would imprison his rivals --- much like Fidel.

Except the American candidate isn't going to take their homes or business away from them, only allow them a figure of wattage to power their homes or businesses every month, not allow them to have Internet in their homes or businesses, etc.

Of course not but I think you understand how it's upsetting that older Cuban generations tend to vote a certain way because they believeJFK mishandled the Bay of Pigs...

I agree completely. I would add that he is also responsible turning my city, Miami, into a foreign country and bringing fear into my childhood during the missile crisis, so I too celebrate the *******'s death. The only qualify I would add is a one little girl you later became my wife, was in one of those planes droning over my head during the airlift. It is a happy day for our Cuban American friends, celebrate and enjoy.

If anyone thinks it is a good idea to take our guns away just remember that fighting for our freedom against our own engorgement it the true reason for the 2nd amendment. That assumes we will have the guts to use them if the time comes so that we not live the Cuban experience.

Same here. I'm white (grew up in Homestead nearly my whole life until I went into the military when I was 20) and my fiance is Cuban. She's fully aware that Castro's brother is still in charge and it's possible nothing changes over there. But at least there's closure for a lot of Cubans. Guys like Castro don't need to be a part of this world.

Congrats to my many Cuban friends. They've waited a long time for this day. The power structure remains but the guy that implemented the big lie is gone.
