They never ask the right questions. Could be intentional.

I’m always skeptical about these situations, especially when it’s an under age girl. Seen the bull**** first hand. Teenage girls run off to consensually party with college age guys.

I have had to run high schoolers off from my house on multiple occasions. They lie about their age constantly. I don’t play that ****. You want to hang out with the grown folk, your young looking *** got to verify.

They lay up with dude having fun, but they got to go home and explain their absences. Then it becomes I just went to hang out, he wouldn’t let me leave, and he made me do it. Goes from being in trouble to a “victim” and the cops show up pressing life sentence charges over a lying girl.

Don’t get caught up. Send them little hoes home if they can’t verify.

Still, she might not be underage. The age of consent is under 18 in many states. You still have to be careful. Can’t be giving the chicks tobacco, alcohol, and **** like that. You put yourself in harm’s way.

Of course it’s vague on purpose. It’s supposed to elicit a specific response. Look at the people already calling him a rapist and bathing in their own racism.

Two people connect on Instagram. Numbers are exchanged. The guy sends the woman dik pics and she was so taken aback by this, she went to his apartment to tell him his lewd behavior would not be tolerated. Then he raped her in response. Open and shut case. Put him under the jail.
 
Very sorry for the victim if true. We don't know the facts of the case. It's a very serious offense. He's looking at 20-30 years in prison if convicted.

You are jumping to conclusions just as fast. oThese situations suck and to me are hard to prosecute unless you have real evidence. The fact that her respons to dik pics was to get in a car and get some of it should make you think this is BS.. but who knows. What I do know is there needs to be severe penalties for false accusations.

I didn’t jump to any conclusions on either side. I specifically replied to a post that implied she was lying about her age & the entire ordeal based off of nothing but some underaged girls he’s dealt with in the past.

Ultimately, an acquittal only means that the defendant was not found to have committed a crime beyond a reasonable doubt. Over policing, harsh sentencing, and an incarceratory culture aside, I find it a bit odd when people rush to defend the character of people that more probably than not committed a crime. Pointing out gaps in due process in one thing, but to venerate that have not been cleared of wrong doing is baffling.
