Dry rubbing the wings & ribs?

Yea. I have Salt Lick Rub from Salt Lick BBQ in Texas that I combine with some brown sugar on the ribs. Wings is a combo of blackening seasoning, hickory Texas rub, and franks red hot dry seasoning. Let that sit for a few hours before the smoker.

Canedog cookin BBQ pork ribs and Kill-boss-ah sausage and hamburgers and hotdogs for the chillins. My neighbor is cooking a whole hog - first time. Wide array of vegetables - baked taters, southern tater salad and tater tots and tater chips.

That’s a lot of taters

For anyone looking for a unique chip dip:

16 oz Sour cream
16 oz Cream cheese
Diced jalapeños
Cook Bacon slices and cut into smaller pieces
Cooked shrimp cut into pieces

Mix all together and Bake at 425 for about 30 min and serve hot.

No clue what it’s called, but it’s delicious!
