Dry rubbing the wings & ribs?
Sounds good. Only suggestion, is that it seems like you are going light on the taters.
I read1. Bud Light
2. Breaded wings in the turkey fryer with my own sauces...Hot garlic buffalo and a garlic parmesan.
3. Bud Light.

1. Water
2. Wings
3. Water
You coat with oil or a mustard first?Yea. I have Salt Lick Rub from Salt Lick BBQ in Texas that I combine with some brown sugar on the ribs. Wings is a combo of blackening seasoning, hickory Texas rub, and franks red hot dry seasoning. Let that sit for a few hours before the smoker.
Bro, this is definitely me. I already know what time it is when I’m eating that deliciousness and what time it’s going to be later on the porcelain throne, but IDGAF.
Canedog cookin BBQ pork ribs and Kill-boss-ah sausage and hamburgers and hotdogs for the chillins. My neighbor is cooking a whole hog - first time. Wide array of vegetables - baked taters, southern tater salad and tater tots and tater chips.

Do a light coat of mustard for the bind. I do a twist on the 3-2-1 method. You coat with oil or a mustard first?
I submit ‘mouthgasm’ for a nameFor anyone looking for a unique chip dip:
16 oz Sour cream
16 oz Cream cheese
Diced jalapeños
Cook Bacon slices and cut into smaller pieces
Cooked shrimp cut into pieces
Mix all together and Bake at 425 for about 30 min and serve hot.
No clue what it’s called, but it’s delicious!
almost like a jalapeno popper dip - throw some breadcrumbs on top before baking for some extra nicenessFor anyone looking for a unique chip dip:
