That’s not how any of this works. You assume the rest of the game then flows the exact same play wise after and it doesn’t.

The call sucked for sure that’s not my point.

I’m well aware of that; but the fact is momentum immediately flowed away from UofM to TCU, so u’re right, the flow would be different. Maybe TCU is not scoring 51 points since they lost momentum, maybe UofM doesn’t score again as it motivates TCU to play harder.

I’ll take u back to us losing to ND in 1988 off that blown TD call by Gary; did it have a barring on the final score? U bet, regardless if we scored late w/ a “chance” to win it. The fact is, that missed call left 7 off our scoreboard & created a domino effect that we suffered from.

I think they can hang because of the athletes but as you said the trenches is a huge advantage. I could see a close game and UGA wears them down.
