They killed a prosecutor to cover it up. How many millions of dollars do you think the program would have lost if the case had been blown open in 1997? 30 million? 50?
 
Any legal beagles in the house? Was the judge incorrect in her ruling? Retroactively applying a 2007 law for 2001 acts does seem to be a legal problem. Should Spanier have been charged under the 1995 law?

Till this day I can't F-ing stand Shiano....Never liked him...arrogant azzwipe...Lord knows I was around him enough for the better part of 2yrs....

Hard to believe many men could tolerate that crap unless they too were guilty. PSU paid up so easy, I assume what we don’t know is worse than what we did.
