We don't do that here because our staph are some scared btiches.[/QUOT. Feel free to support fiu and their great coach.
All the more reason we should go into Dallas with a frosh as the starter. CMR needs to stop with all the coach speak, open his freaking eyes and recognize that his 5th yr guy is in a position battle with 3 frosh. That right there is telling on its own. All that loyalty to the older guy bc he has collegiate exp is bs if he can't take the program to an elite level. He needs to stop selling the opportunity to compete for the job crap to recruits if he's already determined to start the older guy. These kids, their parents and hs coaches are paying attention to how you go about your business oppose to what you're preaching. 2 frosh in the biggest game and the biggest moments and CMR keeps suggesting that #12 remains qb1 bc he knows the offense the best. But he's average, so what good does that do. ✌
Let me talk to someone who actually knows the game and not just blowing air with the "all i care about is winning" quotes. Who the **** doesn't want to win, that's stating the obvious. When your qb plays as such as last season, you tend to struggle to win even against inferior competition. That's not the sign of a team whose ultimate goal is to win NCs. How you play and how you win says a lot about your team. Without the defensive turnovers we easily lose 2-3 more games a year ago and #12 was directly responsible for those occurences. So gtfoh with that weak *** mentality "i just want the W". That's the attitude of losers, who hope to win and don't expect to win. Keep your replies unless you bringing something strong, i aint got time for the girl scout bs.How about he starts the guy he thinks gives him the best chance to win the game? If that’s Williams, fine. If not, then fine too. It’s not complicated.
All I really care about is winning the game, not who starts at QB. I don’t care if your nana starts at QB. I just want to beat LSU to start the season. It’s the only fūcking thing that matters to anybody that’s a Miami Hurricane. What do you care about?

I don't know (or care) if you have a specific beef with OCCC there but I think the gist of his "I just want to win" statement has to do with what happens EVERY time we have a QB job theoretically open. People side with narratives and unknowns vs actual comparable evidence.
If you guys want to say we should start a ham sandwich over Rosier because ANYTHING is better than how you assess his body of work and ceiling then that's intellectually honest and more power to you. If you want to try at this point to make a specific case for Jarren or Nkosi or even Weldon then you're just favoring high school tape and anecdotal tales from someone that may or may not have spied on a practice for 8 mins once. At this point there's no way in **** any of us can champion a specific alternative aside from "other" to Rosier as none of us have real evidence of anything aside from the Spring Game.
So OCCC basically saying he's comfortable with Rick's opinion at this point isn't exactly worthy of an angry rant reply.

As a fair man, i agree with this. And no, i don't have a beef with OCCC and my apology if it came off that way. But i've been on this train since '85 with my CANES and though i don't post regularly, i will sneak in an opinion or two. Some may agree and some won't, its mine's. But im not one to jump on the newest toy in the store and trash what I've been enjoying. My arguement is more about #12s play than hyping one of the others. Even with the 10 gm win streak, it was very hard watching this #12 led offense struggle for the majority of games last season. If im wrong for wanting better, wanting to be a yearly contender and wanting to be elite then im guilty. I don't like us as fans settling for "good enough" when we know what greatness feels like. I want it back and l think we are closer than most fans understand. I will let you have this one...sometimes the bigger man should act as such. Good dayHow about I reply any time I want want to your dumbfūck opinions, in between your minimum wage theme park job responsibilities.

In our case, I think the ceiling with Rosier is a coastal title. I don’t think he has the ability to lead this team to an ACC Championship victory or the playoffs. I’m basing this on his body of work last year which left much to be desired.
If we start a freshmen, even if it means 1 less regular season win, it’s worth it for me. His experience gained for next year will outweigh that one loss in my book.
I said it last year, I wanted Perry to get the nod for these same reasons. Who knows, maybe we end the year the same record, maybe we do worse, and of course there is a possibility we would have done better.
Yeah, well, Rosier's ACC Coastal ceiling is worth 8 figures to the Athletic Dept., the Orange Bowl payout was $27.5M. Richt would be stupid AF to leave that kind of money on the table to start a true frosh...especially if He has an incentive clause in His contract for BCS bowl game appearances.
You start the QB that gives you the best chance to win...period.
F**k Qb, I'm more worried about our sorry *** 20 yard punter...
Also, you are automatically assuming we wouldn’t have made it there with a different QB, which we can’t know for sure.
