Considering the fact that a couple of your picks where second string on our last NC team, I think that team would win.
 
If i take my caneshades off i'd make the following edits.

Larry Fitzgerald was a better college WR than all 3 of them.

Champ Bailey > Antrelle Rolle (love Antrelle, but pure corner wise Bailey was ridiculous)
Tomlinson or Peterson > Mcgahee
 
All I know is Reggie Bush, Devin Hester, and the honey badger are a must. Everyone else I can’t say for sure because there were a lot of great college players from all over the country throughout the years.

Clowney with Terrell Suggs
Vilma and Mack with Keuchly and Dan Morgan
Rolle with Champ Bailey
Wilfork with Suh
OBJ with Fitzgerald
and I'd have Vince Young as my QB
 
Boshers the best kicker in the last 25 years?

TE Kellen Winslow? He wasn’t even our best TE

Agree on Fitz and Bailey but think people forget how absolutely absurd McGahee's 02 season was. Peterson's best season at OU (freshman year) he had about 100 less APY than McGahee and 13 less TD's. THIRTEEN. LT had about 100 more APY but six less TD's. And probably didn't play as difficult a schedule.

Kuechly and Dan Morgan (possibly coupled with Mark Herzlich) make a ridiculously nasty old school linebacking corps. Would have loved seeing Kuechly and Morgan together in their primes.

You do see how many on your picks are from that 01 team, right? Are they playing on both teams? What do you have left if the Canes from 01 only play on the 01 side? I will grant that Hester would be an edge.

A lot of the non Canes on your team never faced a team like our 01 team. Granted you have great players but like any all star team, they are not a team.
 
Just for giggles ok sorry just sharing a fun story came across my mind reading above type players.

Years ago they put together a John Madden ALL TIME NFL team offense and brought them all together all the greats still alive you could dream off all gathered in a locker room Zonka , Barry Sanders , Warfield ,Jerry Kramer and so on a reporter ask were is Ray Guy the greatest punter of all time , John Madden said look around this locker room does this group need a punter.

I was torn between Reggie Bush and Percy Harvin. Reggie is more accomplished but Percy is a better all around physical talent.

And Champ Bailey or Patrick Peterson... Antrel Rolle was better than Patrick Peterson in college I only picked Peterson over Bailey bc I didn’t see Bailey play in college.

I picked Kellen Winslow bc hes my favorite TE, may not be the best but he was a **** beast.
