These conspiracy theories are so stupid. Not to mention your fast-and-loose style of telling a bogus story, and omitting key details.
Yes, the "theory" that Roosevelt knew about Pearl Harbor exists. However, it is primarily focused on the few days leading up to the attack, and is not some grandiose conspiracy theory spanning 18 months. Which is what would need to be true if any conspiracy nutjob acknowledged that the Pacific fleet was moved from San Diego (NOT SAN FRANCISCO, YOU HISTORY-DEFICIENT DOPE) to Pearl Harbor in mid-1940, about 18 months before the Japanese attack.
But, yeah, BRILLIANT planning by FDR. That rascal really knew how to **** the Japanese off a year-and-a-half in advance, and he ABSOLUTELY KNEW what the Japanese would do in response.
As for the rest of your misstatements of history:
---mid 1940 - Pacific Fleet moved from San Diego to Pearl Harbor, completely unconnected to aid to the UK or economic sanctions against Japan
---September 1940 - Japanese begin to invade French Indochina, US imposes first economic sanctions on Japan, including an embargo on all aviation fuel
---January 1941 - Japanese start to plan the attack on Pearl Harbor
---March 1941 - Lend-lease to the UK begins, US provides supplies to UK from 1941 to 1945
---July 1941 - Japanese complete the takeover of French Indochina, US extends economic sanctions on Japan to include embargo on all oil shipments
---November 1941 - Japanese negotiate for the end of the oil embargoes as a distraction, while their navy sets sail to attack Pearl Harbor
So, you know, not exactly the convenient cause-effect that you falsely propose. And that does not even address the fact that "genius FDR", who "wanted" the US to be attacked, had none of the "new-war-weapon" aircraft carriers berthed at Pearl, while we had all of the "old-war-weapon" battleships stationed at Pearl. How utterly brilliant, for a President who "knew" we would be attacked and "wanted" us to be attacked...
As for nukes, we hit Hiroshima on August 6 and Nagasaki on August 9. Hirohito announced acceptance of the Potsdam Declaration on August 10. Not sure why you don't think that the atomic bombs contributed to, and accelerated, the end of the war against Japan.
History may be written by the winners, but it is rewritten by liars.
