OT Saints Fans

Are feeling the pain we have dealt with for 17 years.
I'm a Hurricane and Saints fan, both were terrible calls. I live in Louisiana but I do think a lot of fans are taking it too far. Several places are having watch parties showing Super Bowl 44 during this years Super Bowl game.

I was ****ed last week but it's time to move on. The thing that makes it so bad is that I'm not sure how much Brees has left. This was a great opportunity for the Saints to get the Lombardi. I still say had they not fallen for that fake punt, gotten relaxed after going up 13-0 and not thrown the ball on 1st down (rather than run and make LA burn TO's), the non-call would have never been a problem and they would be in the SB this week.

Sucks about ad but there were blown calls Both ways, the rams didn’t blow a 13 point lead and the saints started with the ball in ot. The other game people should complain about is the chiefs/patriots.

Not a Saints fan, but they have every right to complain. If I’m being objective, that blown call was even more egregious than the 02 fake PI call. Both blatant targeting and PI was involved and it wasn’t even close. Then for the NFL to come back and fine Roby and say they missed the call and try to make a rule so it don’t happen again immediately after the game is even more **** in the cereal bowl. Address that chit after the season and don’t fine Roby b/c I’m sure that’s no sweat in his jersey and it does nothing for N.O. I’ll take a $35k fine if that means it got my team to the SB every week

Up here in Ohio, I'm reminded every single day about 2002. There is no "getting over it" for me. NOLA fans will eventually get over it, but definitely not right now.

It may have been a blown call, but overall the officiating favored the saints, with multiple missed face masks against the saints uncalled, along with other uncalled penalties. They need to get over it and move on, especially after what they did 10 years ago. They still had multiple chances to win that game after the missed call, and blew it, and can blame their coach for crappy clock management, if he just ran the ball 3 times at the end rather than try to get cute and throw it, we wouldn’t be having this conversation.

Signed,
A rams fan 😂
