Clearly not from Dade, Lauderdale lol..Mangos, in vinegar, salt, and pepper...this protein driven power food is one of the secrets to why the athletes down here on a different level..in other places pop Werner squads drink a caprisun and eat orange slices at halftime..down here We eat this and drink a check soda

Note: he must be talking about green mangoes. I used to see some islands people salt them up when green and they were good. I have 6 premier mango varieties on my property and you wouldn’t want to do shiit to the fruit... super sweet and fiberless when ripe.

Protein driven? You aren't even getting 3 grams of protein in that.

Yes, mangos are very nutritious but not a good source of protein. Now I make shakes with’em by using ripe ones and add an Activa vanilla yogurt, vanilla ice cream, splash of whole milk, little ice and a sprinkle of salt. It’s viagra in a cup.

Lol facts, but I just looked up Mango nutrition facts lol. They don't have like 2 grams of protein in an entire fruit.

hey man, depending on youre from changes the amount of protein (I'm from miami and i even know the **** won't change whether youre from miami or alaska). the amount of myth driving that gets thrown around is insane. on top of drinking a soda during practices lol. for those that want to be informed by people who know what they're doing in MIAMI, go take a follow of U Nutrition twitter account. they'll post their post practice and during practice drinks and snacks that actually provide proper nutrition, hydration, and energy to their athletes.

I remember when Northwestern beat Southlake Carroll in 2007, there was an article highlighting disparities in funding each team received. When talking about how each team hydrated, they noted that Carroll had a hydrating mist system that attached to players pads, among other contraptions. Northwestern kids were just drinking pickle juice.

Northwestern 29, Carroll 21
