A few observations....

4 RBs? WTF is up with that? Usually, when list like these are made it's 2 RB's. No question in my mind that the best RB to ever come out of the 3oh5 is Frank Gore. 2nd best I think is still debatable, but I think when it's all said and done Dalvin Cook will finish at #2.

At Defensive line, I think a strong case can be made to put John Browning (played at North Miami & Jackson High in early 90's) ahead of Roye.

At LB, Marvin Jones (MNW) and Darrin Smith (Norland) are 2 guys that immediately come to mind to rep the 3oh5.

Funny how some people say we can't produce OL, but that group of OL is impressive.

Picking the best high school football players in Miami-Dade County for one season is a formidable task.

Imagine selecting the greatest ever.

Well, we tried it.

We picked a team with three Hall of Famers, several others almost certainly bound for Canton, 12 All-Pro selections and 26 players overall who earned at least one Pro Bowl selection during their NFL careers.

We weighed their high school, college and pro accomplishments in order to separate the best from the rest.

And we played with the positions a little bit to squeeze in as much talent as possible.
