Michigan - Louisville Orange Bowl
LSU - Florida State Citrus Bowl would of been better match-ups IMO

Nebraska Tennessee will have multiple folks across the United States visiting emergency rooms due to unexplained "gouging out of own eyes"

Not sure how much success they will have trying to run. That means Browning will have to step up.

I do think that Washington's D is legit though, so my thought is that they can at least keep themselves within striking distance.

One of the keys (as it always is0 will be avoiding the big mistake - the defensive / special teams TD that Bama always seems to get.
 
Washington messed its pants at home against USC. Their QB looked really shaky towards the end of that one, like the stage was too big for him. He sacked himself and threw a pic as I recall. He completed less than 50% of his passes. Washington had 17 total yards rushing against USC. I think USC also got a safety. Alabama is going to beat them worst than they just beat the gators, but that's not stopping me from I'm hoping for a miracle upset. LOL

Defense and special teams have scored 14 touchdowns. Defense have given up 14 touchdowns.
 
Best game of the bunch is USC vs. Penn State......the two hottest teams in the country right now....IIRC both have won 8 in a row and frankly either one would give Alabama a better game than Washington right now.

See, that's why I think Washington has no chance. The special teams advantage is an X-factor in every big game they play in.

You're not going to beat Bama using traditional run formations with any type of physical play. They are too dominant in the trenches. I'm anxious to see how Peterson and Co attack Bama because even spreading them out isn't what is used to be.

This will be a tough game for Washington and will go similar to the Michigan State vs Bama playoff game, imo.
 
Fl Mia and wv Pitt would be two great rivalry match ups.... Why the bowls didn't do this I don't understand

Houston - San Diego State will be fun. So will Memphis - WKU.

Flip side, Iowa-Florida will be like watching paint dry.
