OT: Post format issues on mobile

Anyone else have issues formatting posts on mobile? All the buttons (bold, italics, GIF, etc) are greyed out when I'm on my phone. Works fine on my desktop. Use Chrome for both.

I cant use them either, i think the use of emojis is part of the premium membership plan, along with access to @Andrew vintage **** collection

Perfect, thanks! I figured it was something real simple that I accidentally hit as a lot of posters were posting GIFs and I figured most were on their phones.
