Yep and when they talk I tend to pay Attention. I frankly care less what others think, just giving a perspective from a few guys that played the position and have rings on their fingers. If you choose to post some facts instead of photos, I’ll gladly take a look.

Stop with the Photo BS....Mad cause you have none??....FOH with the "They have Rings on their Fingers BS"....I have a 2001 Authentic team issued Sugar Bowl Ring given to me as a Gift....And??....Your not the only person on CIS who has friends who played at UM....I can guarantee you I have more...Alot more...You don't want to go there...I promise you that...Lol at "When they talk I Listen"...I have UM AAs and NFL All Pros at my home on a regular basis...I need your advice in ref to UM FB, like I need another hole in my head....

I think I may have struck nerve with the “photo bull****!” Im really impressed with your SB ring! When you have a NC ring like mine from 91, let me know. Also I’m in my 60s, don’t need to post photos of myself with my friends, my kids used to do that when they were 12 and have moved on. Btw, family attended 08-09-14 ROH ceremonies as players guests and I didn’t see you at any.

I'm 59....with a Son who's a corporate Lawyer (UM 2008)....Im financially set for life...and retiring next yr....ROH ceremonies??...Lol...You cannot comprehend the UM ceremonies I've attended...have you been to 100+ UM games??...Have you been to 2 NCs??...Did you have a UM sideline Pass for 7yrs??...I attend ALL the UM HOF Ceremonies (including this yrs in May)....Please stop....

I have been to 7 NC games. 5-2. We were guests of players at Ring of Honor ceremonies, the greatest honor a UM football player can ever achieve, just ask your pals that stop by. I am happy for your son’s success, good for him. My oldest has a masters from UM and we are also retired. Had a home in your buddy Butch’s development in Bonita, recently moved. You ever get to Naples I would gladly buy you dinner.

I grew up in Ft Myers....And was at Butchs and Tammys house this Thanksgiving....Good chance I'll be leaving Orlando in the next 9 months...Possibly buying a Condo near Sanibel...(lived on Captiva in 81 and 82 apprenticing after Culinary school)

Good for you. SW Fl has really exploded in the last 15 years. Naples is very nice. Lot of new developments, hope you enjoy your retirement and our team gets a little better. Never going to get back to that 83-92 run but a few years like 2000-04 would be nice.

I played against Naples from 75-78...They and Lely had the nicest fields..I lived in Cape Coral...went to NFM....Didnt play with any Canes, but just missed playing with former UM RB Taylor Timmons...wouldve been a Star at UM...but after his Frosh yr caught a murder charge in Ft Myers and recieved 25yrs...I think some of the older Canes on here remember him...They said he was a Man amongst boys at Greentree...@Lucane @Matador might remember him...of course Deion and Warren Williams came after me...and of course Noel Devine....Lol...Just remembered, I hit a 3-run HR in HS against Naples during an Easter tournament at Terry Park in 1977....

There was a guy a little inland from Immokalee that wore #5 at UM that might be in the HOF!

Huge part of the UM turnaround. Came to UM when it wasn’t the place. Guys like Edge and Santana with many others led the way. I remember the 47-0 game in 97 at the Doak.

Loved them....I practically lived at Hecht from 95-2000...Special times...You could see the makings of something special around the end of 98...Of course there was tough times as well...It hurt me to this very day watching Idiots flying a Banner with "Thanks Botch...from National Champs to National Chumps"...when it was Erickson's tenure that led to the Sanctions....(p.s...I didnt know we Won the 93 and 94 NCs..Lol)...I don't think people realize how bad that hurt Butch...he was doing the best he could at the time...If people knew how hard he recruited...and the miles the staff logged in during those yrs...they'd be shocked...

Tana was at UM on a track schollie (Butch playing Chess..not checkers...)

Unfortunately I stood on the sideline for that one since I lived in Ft Waton Bch from 89-2001....
