Broham, may I ask which Popeyes Chicken Sandwich u got? Was it the original or spicy? If u had the spicy joint and can still tell me that Chick-Fil-A is better, then we need to meat outside, Buddy. Lol

I should say, those who prefer a crunchier bite will prefer Popeye's, whilst those who prefer a slighter saltier taste will like Chick Fil-A. Both are well seasoned and delicious.

U my brotha from anotha moths; but iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii imma have to disagree w u on this one. That joint was legit flaming and The Good Lord knows I loves me some Chick-Fil-A....but Popeyes legit gave them a body shot

And their large is hella expensive compared to what u get.

The Popeyes out here used to make gumbo, too. It wasn’t advertised, either. It was on some secret menu tip that only a few ppl knew about.

Ohh **** I had no idea about the gumbo. ****, I never got that tip lol. But facts mad expensive considering. **** bruh I gotta ask about that. Its straight up honey not like honey BBQ or honey mustard or any of that **** right?

I gave it a 6.8, solid sammich. The bread was best thing about it , the meat tasted just like their filet but was just bigger , put on the bread and called a sammich.

Chik fila is absolute greatness, league of its own.

Would I get the Popeyes sammich again ? Yeah, it’s worth that much , but I’d drive ten miles passed it to get da goat cf.
 
Fck it. I’m riddin out there today and giving that mfer a Pepsi challenge. If that sht is better than the chic fil a i gotta check it out.
 
I like Habit Burger which is a California chain. You might not have them in Florida. Good salads too for a basically Burger chain.
 
Totonno's Pizza in Coney Island was the best Pizza in NYC for 50yrs...Totonno was the 1st Pizza Maker in NYC for Lombardi's (Americas 1st pizzeria) in 1938 he left Lombardi's and opened Totonno's in Coney Island...I remember as a kid in the 60s going there.

It was the spicy... we can meet whenever lol. But for real I went the second week and it was like 25 mins to get my sandwich so maybe they were rushing it and not as much TLC. I just expected more flavor, not that it was bland but it seemed like Chik Fil A had more full flavor to me compared. I will give it another shot at some point, but I just think it didn't do enough. Still really good though.
 
From the 90s too early 2000s Rays Original Famous was NYCs best slice....Hands Down...not open anymore....

I went through Popeyes drive thru on Sunday and picked up couple 8 piece deals but they were out of the sandwich so I can't say. For me Chic fil-a has best boneless chicken - like their tenders better but Popeyes reigns supreme for bone in chicken. I will try the sandwich when I can but will not be surprised to find Chic fil-a better but it would be great if Popeyes was even better cause I love fried chicken. It is the one thing my Pops never taught me how to cook. My wife says he did it on puropse so I wuld always miss him - it worked. Its been over 40 years and I still think about him every day.
