Why do you think rules, regulations and restrictions for buying and selling guns were removed. So even the criminal types and psychos could get their hands on guns. Hand Guns are made for one purpose, to kill human beings. Nobody does it better than in the good old safe land that leads the WORLD in death by hand guns and violent crimes involving guns, given all the methods to cover up the statistics.
