Its because you never lived in the hood that you don't understand wtf you are talking about. That is a good thing, but don't speak on what you don't know. Most gang members have never killed someone. Many gang members are the most supportive members of their community and help their constituents pay for food, hospital bills, etc.

In most projects pretty much the entire community is part of the gang. Even if they aren't officially members.

Lived in the hood most of my life... Gang members are the absolute scum of society thriving off people who cant protect them selves.

Nah without gangs my neighborhood wouldnt have been an trap with a drug dealer on every corner. Without gangs I would have felt safe going to sleep every night. You watch to many movies. Gangs terrorize neighborhoods. I honestly cant believe some jack *** is on here defending gangs.

I don't watch any movies. I grew up in the murder capital. I know all about gang warzones.

I felt much safer with them there because other wise Rapists and serial killers would be hiding out in the projects and hunting over there. Muggers would be roaming the streets. Those types love going to low income areas because their are less police and people don't care when people in the projects get murdered. All these types of people get kicked out quickly by the gangs because they draw attention to their drug trade. I have no issue with drugs being sold on the street. In fact it is better than the alterntive. If a junkie can't find an H dealer they will resort to doing bath salts or drinking detergents to get a quick high which is significantly worse. If a dealer laces his schit and people OD no one would ever buy from him again. Since their is drug compeititon in the PJs you rarely hear about people ODing because of a bad batch. You hear it all the time happening the in burbs.

You must have been dropped on the head as a kid. Yeah ill take those mythical issues over the risk of bullets flying through my window every night. Ill take some random mugger over gang members mugging me every day. Ill take some random drug dealer over the organized crime deciding they own my block. Mythical issues? Are you delusional or what? Serial killers, muggers, and rapists all hid out in the projects and places like that prior to gangs becoming the dominant force in the projects.

People OD in the burbs for bad batches everyday. Look at the OD rates for NJ due to fentantal and the like. That doesn't happen at all in the projects because of gang members.

I never said people don't OD in the projects. I am saying they don't OD due to laced **** at an even close rate to that of the suburbs where there is only one dealer and everyone is stuck getting from him. The guys that do to much and die are the types that would drink detergent and OD if there were no dealers.

Druggies go for the strongest sure. That is not what you said. You said laced. The strongest **** is not any more likely to kill you because you take smaller doses.

Fellas i choose not to engage in the argument but will just say this a man died and he was a father, brother, and son. He wasnt some common criminal he LEGALLY owned businesses and tried to uplift both his community abd family.

Lets not let his personal affiliation cloud the fact that he was just cheated out of the 2nd half of his life.

Look at the percentage of drug users that OD compared to the ones in the burbs. you will see how dumb you sound. You are talking about people that are taking to large a dose. Not the ones that get **** laced with heavy doses of fentanyl and die.

Of course gang members rape people. So do teachers and lawyers. That said having a couple bad apple gang members that rape people in your hood is nowhere near as bad as your hood turning into open season for killers and rapists to come to your city. You obviously are to young to know how it used to be before the big gangs started taking over the cities.
