I don’t think anyone is doing anything of the sort intentionally. It looks like there’s an issue with the code that’s affecting a number of people and when @Andrew gets on the board, he’ll look at it and see what is needed to fix it.

Sorry man. I don’t deal in alien technology, the supernatural and/or demonic html code possession just trolls, mongoloids and other assorted vile entities.
 
If someone could share a image of the ad and a link to the code then we can work with whatever ad provider is serving the code. We don't select which ads run on CIS and when these things happen they are almost always caused by a misconfigured ad from whichever provider servers the ad.

Honestly one site you have to pay for and this one can’t figure out how to not make every page filled with invasive ads that you to constantly click away. It’s beyond stupid. I didn’t want to pay $9 for other site but this may be worse. . As I type this, 1/3 of it is not visible and behind the stupid Home Depot ad so I’m having trouble even hitting the post button.....

Yes, two videos at the same time often and not all from Home Depot. Home Depot ad is the only one blocking the screen. It is happening on the IPAD but not on phone

I noticed the add was showing when viewing posts. Is there an ad showing at the top of the page? I am trying to determine which ad placement this ad is being served from.

Yes it shows on top as well.. the Home Depot ad

it starts out at the top if you are scrolled all the way at the top. If you scroll down so it would not be seen then it jumps to the side or covers the screen. If you are viewing posts in a thread then it covers up part or all the post. If you are not in a thread then it pushes things over so still annoying and taking up third to half the screen but still can at least see everything just squished.

edit: it doesn’t move things just covers the right side banner adds when not in a thread

I’m actually thankful for the full page Home Depot ad. I would have missed out on a 20% deal on a SAWZALL. Thanks Mods.
