OT: Mods the New Home Depot Ad

is annoying as fck. It blocks nearly half the screen and there is no way to delete it so you can read posts. You have to continuously refresh the screen and hope another add reappears.

Just let us know when the "*** cruise" or "nun ****" ads come up on your screen. And post screenshots.

Even the technology challenged dudes have recommended ad blockers lol

The problem is 99% of the internet doesn't need an ad blocker because of poorly designed banners. I installed the adblocker now i have to deal with previously functional websites begging me to take ad blocker off or whitelist them. Maybe just fix the site so isn't broken on mobile and desktop? We're all fine with functional ads in 2020.

I've never had ads that bad on mobile

So making it annoying enough it’s unusable without paying something is good with you, as long as it’s cheap enough, principle of the matter be dammed?

Go somewhere better to spread your never ending stupidity then.

No one is keeping you here.

I have a Samsung Note 10+ using Google Chrome browser. The ads are there but they've never taken over my screen like that. They stick around towards the bottom mostly. (I also close the ads from time to time). Same thing on my desktop, where I also use Chrome.

If you're not willing to fork over the 7¢ a day that it costs to browse the site ad free, I'd suggest switching browsers. I've had no issues with Chrome, Firefox, or Tor. Otherwise I'd say try out the ad-blockers, although I myself have no experience with them.

Best of luck OP.
