What does the importance of a strong family on an individual’s upbringing, have to do with political party? If you are raised with a set of parents who are loving and caring (or at least not abusive and/or apathetic), there’s a higher probability that you will grow up and contribute to society. I’m pretty sure both parties haven’t done enough to bring this up to the forefront.

But back on topic... did the guy in red shorts get knocked down again? My money is on Yes! He’s like the guy in a video game with the heath meter that goes down slowly and he just keeps getting back up!

My bad if I misread. But cops are not only being sidelined by policy, they're actively being encouraged to NOT do their jobs, a staggering number of people want their jobs eliminated completely. It's a clown world out there.

However, I really enjoy history and Regan is my favorite modern day president. It’s a very timely and interesting quote. FWIW He was a elected to public office as a Democrat early in his political career, before he changed parties.

You know what else prevents violence, better schools & employment opportunities. More police presence just exacerbates the problem. Chicago put an extra 1200 cops on the street on July 4th weekend, and 87 people still got shot & 17 killed. I'd rather just Defund The Police and put those funds where they're really needed.

Yeah there’s a reason we have a fraction of the worlds population - but 5-6x times our share of incarcerations. The pipeline to prison profits are too good to spend money on a cure. We are an empty shell being run my Lobbyist. “Richest country in the world...” spends billions on police trucks and gear, but can’t provide adequate funding for every school & educator in the country.

Total farce. It’s all by design. What’s happening in Chicago is by design. Aurora, CO. used to be that bad until “they” decided to gentrify the area. Now it’s the million dollar home sector. See parts of NY as well. The crime can be stopped at any time. But - there’s a method to the madness.

All you have to do is look at Baltimore, Seattle, NYC, LA, Minneapolis, Detroit, Chicago, Portland, ETC. They ALL have Socialist/Communist leaders NOT DEMOCRATS and their cities are failing miserably. Their cities have become war zones filled with violence, fires, anarchy, and murder.
