Anyone know anything? Rumor is he shot and killed someone over a stolen PS4. The PS4 was given to him by Fiesta Bowl
Anyone have any idea if the gun ban for students put in place during the Shannon era (I believe it was Randy's rule, not the Administrations) is still in place?
Kind of a tricky subject. It's hard to deny a Constitutional right just because someone is a student athlete, but regardless it's not a great look to have a football player murdering someone, even if the shooting was justifiable.
Its not that difficult apparently. They are violating Kosis constitutional right to post videos on IG live.
Not if Kosi is violating the other participant's right to privacy assuming she did not consent to the recording. First Amendmant rights stop at illegal activity. Like recording someone privately without their permission or consent and distributing it broadly. Can't do that.
Agreed, but she did consent and he is still getting hit with repercussions.

Do we know she consented/is there proof? Honest question and really crucial to Kosi's future on the team.
Haven't seen the vid, and really don't want to.
It was verbal consent and she has not filed any complaint or anything along those lines in the past 3 months from when it was shot.
@OriginalGatorHater
Kosi is a straight clown
Sh*t is sad
He clearly doesn't have any thorough OG'S in his life
That sounds like lack of non-consent being viewed as verbal consent, that is likely not past statute of limitations. She might not have even been aware of the video until the article was written. Admittedly doesn't sound like any of that, but just playing Devil's advocate on this one.

For sure. I agree with you. However, if that is the case suspending him for the bowl game is going to draw even more attention to this and increase the chances of her finding out.
Back to the OG topic though. Mullet instituted a gun ban policy this year as well.
What do you (or anyone) think about legal ramifications from minors who saw the video? Is that considered distributing **** to minors?
You have to think that the University has already properly looked into this and made the determination that there are not legal ramifications considering Kosi is traveling for the game.
Rick thinks he’s above the Constitution.Its not that difficult apparently. They are violating Kosis constitutional right to post videos on IG live.
