Y’all are too literal. He didn’t follow OSHA. Do you know how many handymen y’all hired that don’t practice osha and could’ve burnt your house down with you in it?

What happened was an accident that should’ve never happened. I’ll bet everything in my bank account that if he knew that kid was gonna die then he never would’ve sent him up there. That’s not a killer.

Yup. This year may be his best coaching job yet. I live in South Bend and have been to all but 1 home game. ND lucked out some this year with facing backup QBs and whatnot, but the team improved a ton during the season. His teams are fundamentally sound and play hard. His recent run of success has been pretty amazing even by ND historical standards. Also I think he has won 22 or 23 straight ACC games. It all started when he was smart enough to stop calling plays (Diaz was so freaking stupid to take that on) and figured out he needed to spend top dollar on a defensive coordinator. He largely has Elko, Lea, and Freeman to thank. Rees has been pretty solid too—Coan is way better than he was early on.
 
So let me get this right....... When Miami hires it either takes 12 hours and a buyout or many weeks at a time with back and forth bickering
