Butch is doing a phenomenal job. What a great coach!

Before Butch: 3-9, 1-11, 4-8, 5-7, 4-8
Butch years: 8-5, 8-3

He is eying the conference title in his 2nd year. Imagine we had a coach that could turnaround a program in 2 years? Considering his age, 2-3 years would work for me at the U. We all know he can identify talent, but it's the mindset that he instills in his players that we need more than anything.

Amazing how coach can take a program and turn it around so quickly. I remember being told u gotta give a coach 4- 5 years before u see results

FACTS

Been saying this **** forever he fails everywhere at HC, some guys cant lead at HC but can be amazing Coordinators. This is why mistake hires are everywhere throughout sports, people think cause a coordinator does well they can be a HC and its not true and why there is so many bad hires.

Like Kirby or Jimbo u dont know till u know and see the recruiting impact they have, thats a good sign early on if they can pull there weight recruiting.

Well we won our division for the first time ever last year and first time with 10 wins in over a decade so..
It was also nice to see the guys fight yesterday bc most on this board gave up. Glad they don’t have you and some of the others weak minds.

Golden won the division too, but forfeited due to self imposed post season ban.

But yea, golden and richt aren’t much different.
