Always Dreaming just smoked it! Don't know how much you guys are into Horse racing, but never bet against John Velazquez.

Todd Pletcher is one of the best Horse Trainers in the business, AD won the Florida Derby last month & was the smartest bet coming into Kentucky.

Never been into it, but always wanted to experience the Kentucky Derby, just to say that I've done it.

serious money in this business. worked on a deal this week to purchase a 1/6 stake in a syndicate of one of the horse's lifetime breeding rights . plus the horse gets to mount 110 times in 180 days. that's a pretty **** good amount of f@ucking

Yeah, horse racing is fun. I grew up 20mins from Monmouth Park in New Jersey. a bit removed from the ponies now but follow from a far. that was a good run by Always Dreaming. Wasn't a bad run by the horse that finished 2nd either.

Am I the only one that made a pick on here BEFORE the race?

this is veering into assy booger territory

Nah, I just posted cause I'm a fan.

I wasn't making any predictions or anything of the sort, just saw the race and thought it was a great run & figured some of y'all might be into Horse racing as well.

I didn't know there was a prerequisite on making posts about it.

i have never seen more hot women in one place than the Derby! Truth

Caribana in Toronto takes the crown for me without question. 2nd place is Jamaica Station, Jamaica Queens. Had a long conversation at this subway stop and my head was on the craziest swivel.

Told someone to bet Battle of Midway, but to win, not show...Almost only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades!

Amen. Next to a Hurricane National Championship game in the OB, nothing it finer than the Derby. It is one of those "must do things" at least once things in this life. It has been years for me but use to go almost every year. My first one was Seattle Slew. Then I was blessed with Affirmed and Spectacular Bid. Canes started to take over all my spare time shortly thereafter so I went less often. Haven't been at all since 92. It is a pricey adventure, but a must do once for a sports guy. Hot women, great food, massive action, touch of history and a happening all at one time. Most of us live in South Florida, so most of that is available regular like but not all wrapped into one day like there.

I use to be into the ponies but eventually when back to want my daddy taught me and faster action at the dogs got me. Spent lots of time as Biscayne and Hollywood. Even owned and ran some. I liked dogs to much to much to be good at that, so just stuck with betting on them. Eventually, the casinos took em from both. All that, nothing compares to the Derby, well except our old Canes.

Impressive.
I'm willing to bet that horse gets a couple of shots at pook187's mother.

I don't really follow much of horse-racing, but I always enjoy bringing up Secretariat's races on youtube.
The come-from-behind at Preakness and then that race at Belmont gives me goosebumps.
