OT: Kendal Briles moving on....

I know it’s not happening but I wish we could hire Kendall Briles as OC. Lol, I’d be okay with the heat we may catch.

Supposedly a lot of the big name programs were told emphatic NOs by their boards when prompted about him.

Not sure how true it is, but big P5 schools with OC openings, for the most part, were told no before a discussion even began. It wasn't like their wasn't interest, but he's got nuclear heat to big name programs.

Will be interesting to see who fills th gap at FAU.

Or, does Kiffin go back to calling plays?

Dude, Briles is TOXIC, another poster mentioned it above. Even if CMR wanted him, it was not happening.

Watching the KC - Tennessee game. Andy Reid has spent his entire coaching career calling plays, but after a four game slide he held himself accountable and gave up play calling duties. They then won four in a row.

You comparing Alex Smith to Malik Rosier?

Interesting comparison. Smith led league in passer rating and 95% of KC fans think he's a bum and can't wait until he is gone. Rosier broke Miami TD record for qb and we can't wait til the next qb starts.
