Cowboys got super talent but are disfunctional....Mickey mouse football operation. He's to in the light and the stars seem bigger then the brand. He needs to hire someone that maximizes the talent they have. Risky af if u hire Urban cause he uses his recruiting to win in cfb and that's dangerous to run an NFL team cause most the times smart managers win. Urban is a risky *** hire
 
Are they really going to dump Kellen Moore? Dallas had excellent offensive stats virtually across the board this season. Let the league by fairly wide margin in yards per game. Only complaint was that yards didn't fully translate to points. But normally that is a blip. As long as the yards maintain the points soon follow
 
Well they won't fire the whole staff that's for sure. They have some very good coaches on that team just had a ****** leader. Richards is a dam good defensive coach and I wouldn't mind if they gave him a shot at head coach. He's a fiery type of guy and won't put up with mediocrity. Colombo is a dam good o-line coach and id be shocked if he was let go. Same thing regarding the wr coach. he's well thought of around the league and again id be shocked if he went anywhere. I would also put big money the coaches in charge of scouting won't be going anywhere. Those guys have been doing a **** of a job, they have been nailing it in the draft.

No need to panic and make changes everywhere. Dallas was second in the league in Yards Per Pass Attempt Differential. That is a key category that evaluates strength on both sides of the ball. Cowboys and Chargers were the two underachieving teams this season. Quite bizarre for a +1.7 team to miss the playoffs, as Dallas did

Normally I root for Seattle in the NFC but last night I desperately wanted the 49ers to hold on. San Francisco led the league by wide margin in YPPA Differential all season. It would have been obscene for a +2.9 team as wild card and -0.5 Green Bay as top seed.
