It's been a minute, but does anyone remember Club Pure (which later became Rivir) in downtown Miami on S.W. 6th St? You won't find anything like that or Club Space in NYC.

This is like the 5th time you've referenced "toughness" when talking about Miami versus other cities.

I'm from down here and YOU can't whoop MY a$$...so...

LMFAOO yah, I'm real scared of the substitute teacher turned high school coach.

I mention it because it is a fact. It is not nearly as tough as the other cities I mentioned.

Jon Jones is from NY and would beat down any dude from Miami....so...

are we back to which city is a bigger **** hole with ****** people? what a weird draw to a city. im from miami and i hope the ****** people find a way to migrate the **** out of here so we dont have to worry about this bs

It's not that...
This dude is on a message board full of South FLA people (dedicated to one of the toughest football programs off all-time)...
And he's constantly talking about how "un-tough" dudes from South FLA are.

You not gonna sit in my living room and tell me how ****ty my house is. LOL

I am not constantly talking about it at all. I am not one of the guys that is always talking about so fla divas or anything like that. I always gas up Miami athletes to anyone that argues about it. Even here I always talk about how great our football players are. I even agree Miami is one of the toughest football programs of all time.

Thats it though. They are the toughest football program and toughest football players. Not the toughest dudes in general.

You take it as disrespect. I am just stating a fact.

If someone comes over to me and says NY produces ****** football players I would say, "Your right, that is a fact. " I wouldn't get offended like a woman and make schit up to try and make it seem like NY is better at football than other states.

You produce the best football players fact. We put out the toughest men.

meanwhile all the ones who talk ny this, ny that are the ones who moved

I never moved out and never will. The people that move out are the ones that can't afford to live there anymore. If I ever can't afford to live in NY I would just hustle harder.

Bro you realize I live in an area that's FULL of New York transplants, right?
A lot of the transplants I meet are soft as baby ****. Most of cool dudes, but far from "tough".

Tough circumstances breed tough people.

ANYWHERE in the US with tough circumstances will breed tough people, whether it's Brooklyn, Compton or Miami.
You have to be a real bias dummy to imply that circumstances in NY breed toughness but the circumstances in Miami DON'T.
Makes zero fvckin' sense.

Difference is...

There's a tangible way to prove that FLA produces better/tougher football players.
There's absolutely no way to prove that NY produces "tougher men". That's your bias a$$ opinion that holds no weight.
And I'll bet the house you ain't tougher than me...and I'm from South Florida. So fvck your theory.

I never said Miami has 0 tough dudes. Jorge Masvidal is a tough dude from Miami. I agree with you that circumstances is what breeds toughness. That is a fact. I even agree NY has tons of pussies. Especially now. Most of the New Yorkers that aren't from Harlem, Washington heights, East New York, etc. are pussies. Especially the ones that move out of the city because they can't afford it.

But making it living in those bad parts of NYC is a lot tougher than making it in Miami. We got much bigger gangs and we are a mob city. It is much more dangerous living in the PJs in NYC than it is in Miami so the weaker ones don't make it out here.

When I was growing up we had 2000 murders a year. Now the PJs are just as dangerous. More people just go missing or "suicide" and the killing isn't dispersed across the whole city.

Like I said I have friends all across Dade and Broward and was never afraid walking through those areas. I met some "tough" Zoes and was never shook.

You take your average tough Miami guy and put him against your average tough detroit, NYC, Chicago, philly dude. Put him in a fight, shootout, straight up war. I'm betting against Miami any day.

And to your other theory about you whooping my ***. I already know you aren't tougher than me because anyone that thinks playing football means your tough does not really know what being tough is. Unless you are a real fighter boxed or did MMA than you are not beating my ***.

LOL, take it to da square!!

LMFAO. Not even close. NY rap falling coincided with all of our guys getting into their late 30s. Nothing to do with social media. Up north we view you southern dudes as soft as ****. Your gangs are tiny. You have no organization. The gangs make no money. You may think were corny, but you were copying Harlems style for the longest. YOu guys were still wearing tall teals and long jean shorts up until the late 2000s lmao. I remember going down to Miami the first time and thinking wtf these dudes are still dressing like its 5 years ago.

The southern gangs wouldn't last 5 weeks in NYC. They would get busted or ran out of the city by the crews in that time. I know a ton of NY dudes that moved down to GA and NC and put in work down there because there is less surveillance and the country dudes aren't smart or tough enough to compete.

That slang is BS too. No one from NY wants to use country slang.
Lol, whatever buddy. I’ll give you fashion back in the 80’s and 90’s...textile industry and all, but you weak mf’s definitely bite our swag....always have. And yeah- we don’t really do the gang **** either- killing ni&&@$ over territory you don’t own, and you get all of your dope from us anyway? Lol. And furthermore, NY rap definitely fell off because of the immediate exposure/saturation of different artists from all over the country (specifically the south) via social media and other media outlets-not just NY. Try again. NY ni&&@$ in fell off. Hard.

Your swag is like 5 years behind. Everything you wear down south was hot here 5 years ago. That is a fact. Just go look at a NY dudes IG and check back 5 years. You will see what you guys are wearing. YOur still rocking gold teeth LMFAO.

Nope we get our dope from the Dominicans. Exactly. Thats false. You do the gang schit, but just suck at it. The crews are small and unorganized. They get busted all the time and they make no money. Then they suck at shooting and use antique weapons.

Again, no. Southern rap took off once people in the burbs started listening to rap and it was no longer hood music. Then it was ok to not be a gangster and still rap. If Ross was rapping in the 90s he would have been dropped from his label when the CO stuff came out. These southern rappers wouldn't dare beef with a NY rapper besides a select few like Boosie and even he would lose if he took it to the streets.

You think its a coincidence that southern rap took off after all the burbs people started listening to rap and it became ok for soft, never in the street dudes to start rapping?
