OT : Islamorada Charter Info Needed

My youngest brother is celebrating his 21st in Islamorada. I'd like to rent a full day charter at PCI or Bud N Marys. Any suggestions from the board as far as captains?

Doesn't UM Athletics hold their HOF Fishing Tourney down there every year?
