Native gambling is regulated and has to occur on Native land. Looks like they are trying to prove that this agreement violated the federal law that regulates Native gaming by taking it state wide

Long term I hope it leads to more competition here with sports betting rather than a Seminole monopoly. Ridiculous that DeSantis being sloppy on this front and the feds in general having to get involved are going to ruin it for everyone in the interim.

Exactly. It was nice being part of civilized society for a while. They were actually super quick with their payouts too.

But here we are back again in supposedly "freedom luvin'" Florida not being able to place a legal online bet on Bucknell vs Hofstra hoops and seemingly permanently banned from ever being able to buy hard liquor in actual supermarkets like they can even in Commiefornia.
