OT: I need help people ( medical people especially )

This probably isn't the greatest place to ask this type of thing, but you people on this board have been all over the globe it seems. At the very least maybe I can get a suggestion.

My dad has always had control issues regarding slamming down beers, it bit him in the *** not long ago. We went out on his air boat to spend some time cruising the shore lines maybe a year ago. Well after spending a good amount of time drinking with this rather cool individual, I know when he gets into what I call "party mode." It's usually at that point where I would just make up an excuse to go do something else, but we were out on the water and he decided it was time to party.

I'll skip to what happened - We managed to get the air boat back on the trailer, but he went way way too fast trying to hop off of it and onto the dock. Foot slipped on the wet dock, feet went straight up, hip slammed straight onto the dock and then head first into the water where he got cut up on some rocks.

Now fortunately this seems to have gotten his attention with regards to going party mode on a boat, but the problem is the cuts that happened. They healed up, but he contracted something from that water out on the st. johns river. He has some kind of bacteria or fungus that is slowly eating away at the skin on his hands. He just doesn't, or hasn't, seemed to get the significance of what is going on either. I got him to go to the VA hospital, and they gave him a cream for it ( didn't even try to identify what the fck it actually is ). The cream DID work, until they had him wean off of it and then the stuff comes right back. Went through 2 bottles and no joy.

Over the year this has been going it has finally seemed to dawn on him that his life may be on the line. He's tried everything under the sun from soaking his hands in motor oil, to all different combinations of honey, ginger, vinegar... the only thing that put a dent in it was when he woke up one morning and it was itching so bad he put his hands in bleach so long that it actually burnt his hands. I suppose looking back that is finally what got his attention that this is a serious situation.

I can't believe the VA hospital didn't do their due diligence with this, but that's another story altogether. Does anyone know anyone that has had this issue or what may be causing it? The day he woke up when it was severe with the bleach, you could literally see the blood in his hands through the cuts.

You need to go back to the spot and get a water sample, and you need to contact the local county.

A lot depends on where it happened. For instance, if it was near the beginning of the St. Johns in Seminole/Volusia, it might be chemicals from a boat. My brother lives on the Wekiva a bit before it empties into the St. Johns, and it is a fairly clean waterway, not a lot of industrial use, thus it could be that someone dumped some chemicals/fuel in the river.

Up around Jax, it would be a more industrial area, they have a lot of US Navy stuff, big cargo ships come in, etc.

And in between Orlando and Jax there is a lot of agricultural stuff, so it might be fertilizers, etc.

As coincidence would have it, I was at a Wekiva River fundraiser this weekend, speaking with a guy who owns a business on the river (he's also an engineer), and he was telling me that several counties (particularly Orange) have sprayed a lot of waste-water onto "agricultural" land, but it easily leaches into the aquifer and the connected springs.

Seriously, get a water sample, and you may have to contact the State of Florida to get something done.

Problem is it happened in 2018, so it might not be of any use now.

Listen, let me say this politely hoping it works.

Just don’t @ me. I don’t want to insult you, but you are out of your depth, you just don’t realize it.

You are free to dispense whatever incorrect advice you want to pollute this board with, just leave me out of it. I don’t block people, so I’m asking nicely.

Original - don't start the "I don't want to insult you . . . "crap. You already did.

I've learned from indigenous peoples that may have a third or fourth grade education that know more about what works and what doesn't - than you - because they don't "seek a medical professional." They just make it work.

Your problem and the like - you don't know what you don't know. I grin at your illusion of superiority. It's an illusion. A self-delusion.

I didn't dispense incorrect advice - I clearly stated what I would do - because it just works.

Your "just leave me out of it" is quite the joke. You're the one who invited yourself to comment - you jumped in - I didn't bring you into diddly squat!

And I don't give a good goddam if you block me or not! Block me! Like being blocked by you is a major setback - see - it gets back to your self-delusion.

Anytime you want to back up your crap - I say we both get injected with viper venom. But we let it burn for an hour or so - just to make it interesting. You do your thing - I'll do mine. I'll be back to whatever I was doing within 30 minutes. Give me a gas weed eater, and I'll neutralize the venom inside 45 seconds. And I have. You're not going to.

Or we can get injected with Coronavirus - a good one - and we let that cook for a week. At first sign of symptoms - you do your thing - I'll do exactly what I stated I'd do. I'll be fine - my symptoms will disappear in hours - but you're not going to do very well.

If you don't like me speaking back to you - then put me on ignore so I'm not replying to one of your uninformed comments.

LOL...let’s get injected with viper venom

Listen to yourself.

At this point your crackpot musings are hilarious.

STOP IT. I’m done with you. Have a nice life.

Proof.

I don't see anything hilarious about proof - a simple, but serious real-life test is easily done with viper venom. But let's make it interesting - neither of us know the type of venom - so neither of us can quickly be given antivenom. Yeah - it gets more - appealing, huh? I've been bitten twice - it burns like **** . . . something YOU'll never forget.

It's a simple put up - or shut up about it. You jumped in, ran your suck - and now you're just wanting to dip out? What? You got nothing???

Come on! We'll get some members here to witness the thing. Each get the same dose - I'll be done with it in fifteen minutes You're going to the emergency room. Hope they can discover the right venom - otherwise, they'll be debriding lots of dead tissue - for days and days.

Now you want to crawfish out. Like you've done time and again.

1) Have him seek medical care immediately

2) How is he eligible for VA care?

3) Did they mention the term "fascitis" or "necrotizing fascitis" at all?
Scary stuff. There have been other recent reports of serious infections after spending time in waters in Florida. Find a wound center at one of the major hospitals.

Google wound centers in Florida. There are a million of them. Look for those closest to you. Reviews might be helpful. Look for one that offers hyperbaric therapy, since that might be a more comprehensive clinic. And maybe your dad will need it.

As an aside, many wound clinics are staffed by podiatrists in addition to infectious disease specialists, since a lot of wound treatment involves diabetic ulcers. Most clinics also have I.D. doctors.

I would not delay, not at all. There are some horrible, fast-moving infections that can result from wounds around the water. I have read of some horrific cases.

In fact, I know enough about the infections from public pools that I no longer go to them.

I actually was bitten by a Brown Recluse 10 years ago. It was in a pair of jeans and got my knee. I felt a slight sting and didn’t realize it at first. I watched a lot of man vs wild and the like back then and realized what had happened the next morning when it started cratering and got treatment.

In addition to the colloidal silver (where the instructions should be carefully followed), start taking black seed oil and using it with MCT (liquid coconut oil) and green healing clay topically. Also, food grade peroxide is more effective than bleach if used correctly.

Other helpful natural remedies are garlic, honey, echinace, goldenseal, ginger, clove, oregano and turmeric for a compromised immune system. Drink alkaline water, beet juice, tart cherry juice, sour sop juice, mangosteen nectar, cerasee tea and aloe water.
I would also start a regime of prebiotics/probiotics and listen to Solfeggio healing frequencies.

At first, I thought you were joking around. Now I realize you're just nutty.

Anyone who takes colloidal silver deserves whatever happens to them.

Multiple paragraphs of hoax cures.

I didn't catch that part until later.

If it is fertilizer, it may still be in the water.

That's a looooong time to wait to get serious medical care.

I got bitten by one too - it was a slightly itchy tingle - got it on my hand.

I waited a couple days to see if he got a good bite on me - and my hand was swollen, tight, and started turning real dark - so I used a biophysics technique - free electrons - and the pain was gone inside a minute, that evening the swelling was way down, and the next day the only reminder was the two little spots where his fang things punctured me.

Free electrons. Oddly, every Ascorbic molecule has two free electrons to donate - after all - it's a powerful reducer.

How do you do that? If it involves injecting myself, I’m a needle pussoir so that isn’t happening. Shît, compared to you, I’m Dora the Explorer. Lol

At first - I thought no one could be that dumb and uninformed - now I realize - you really are.

In 2005, the prestigious journal Nanobiotechnology published a ten page study that rocked medical science.

The study was the result of seven scientists exploration into the virus inhibiting qualities of nano-silver (colloidal since you probably don't know what nano means). A nanometer is one-billionth of a meter - or one ten-thousanths of the width of a hair.

What the study demonstrated is that these tiny nano-particles of silver were able to inhibit HIV-1 (the AIDS virus) from binding to the host cell in vitro.

Abstract from report: The interaction of nanoparticles with biomolecules and microorganisms is an expanding field of research. (sure leaves you out)
Within this field, an area that has been largely unexplored is the interaction between metal nanoparticles with viruses.

In this work, we demonstrate that silver nanopartiicles undergo a size dependent interaction with HIV-1, with nano particles exclusively in the range of 1-10nm attached to the virus.

The regular spatial arrangement of the attached nanoparticles, the center-to-center distance between nanoparticles, and the fact that the sulpher-bearing residues of glycoprotein ***** would be attractive sites for the nano interaction suggest the silver nanoparticles interact with the HIV-1 via preferential binding to the gp120 glycoprotein *****.

Due to this interaction, silver nanoparticles inhibit the virus from binding to host cells, as demonstrated in vitro."

Tons of studies of how colloidal or nano silver can reduce smallpox viruses by a factor of 11,000 in a study done in 1992, studies prove the effectiveness against SARS virus, something called Monkeypox, prevents replication of Hepatitus B, strep, the clap, and scores and scores of studies proving it's unbelievable effectiveness against scores and scores of pathogens.

Maybe you'd best continue doing what you do best - YouTube videos testing anal lubes.

Probably came from bacteria on the rocks, not he river. Same thing can happen when you fall on rocks or coral in the Keys that are in the water. Maybe ask a doctor down that way, as I am sure they deal with it more than other places.

It’s insane. All kinds of organ issues can arise from lack of proper treatment.

This would be hilarious if it wasn't so pathetic and on-brand for the FartArcher.

Everrrrything is a conspiracy theory. Big pharma is just conspiring to keep all these great natural remedies away from us. Same thing the snake-oil salesmen said 150 years ago.

But, sure, we're all going to take medical advice from a meathead and...Jim Bakker...

Post a selfie when your skin turns blue from all that colloidal silver. Now THAT will be funny.

See, here's another example of your utter ignorance. Paul Karason was taking silver chloride. Silver chloride is a compound with Chlorine.

Silver chloride is AgCl.

Silver is Ag.

He took it internally, and even externally - he rubbed this silver chloride on his face to try to clear up severe acne.

Silver chloride - has not one thing to do with nano silver.

This story was perpetuated by a public relations company funded by a pharmaceutical interest to scare away fools from real nano-silver.

Fools believed it. You just indicated you believed it.

Soooo . . . . what does that make you?

For the record, other things can turn the skin blue - Benzocaine, Xylocaine, Benzene (the meat additive), nitrates, and some antibiotics such as dapsone and chloroquine (note the chlorine - the same chlorine as in silver chloride?)
