Who makes the CFP if...

Alabama/LSU wins out
OSU wins out
OK wins out
Stanford/Washington wins out
Miami/Clemson wins out

I would say #1Bama/LSU #2OSU #3OK #4 Miami/clemson

Stanford could make it over us though if this happens

Thoughts?

An undefeated Stanford would make it over us even If we beat Clemson in the ACCCG...they'd not only be 13-0 but a win against Notre Dame (as of now) would look great as a non-conference win.

As we discovered last year Bama does not need to win out or even win their division to make the CFP, so they are in regardless.
Still to many variables to i.e. strength of schedule for one to determine who gets in and who gets left out.

Alabama is in regardless.. although I think they don't lose this year
Georgia - if their only loss is VS Alabama
We beat Clemson we are in..Clemson is in if they win the ACC
Oklahoma (tough schedule)
Ohio State - i think they lose a game or two

The only team from the ACC that has a chance of getting in is Clemson. Miami would have to win out hope Duke only has 1 loss n lsu win the SEC to even have an outside chance of getting in. The ACC Ais dwn this year in a big way.

Locks to make a play off spot:
1 loss SEC Champion (Current candidates are Kentucky, Georgia, Bama, LSU, and Auburn.)
1 loss Big-10 Champion (Current candidates are OSU, Michigan, Mich St, Penn ST, and Wisconsin)
Undefeated Clemson
Undefeated Oklahoma / WVU for Big-12

Pac-12 will riot after being left out again.

Next options (in order):
Undefeated Stanford or Notre Dame (they play each other)
1 Loss Clemson ONLY if they lose in regular season but beat a 10+ win Miami in the ACC championship OR a 1 Loss Miami squad
Loser of Alabama/LSU game, assuming the winner is undefeated and plays in the SEC champ
