Soooooo..... Since we're about to botch the season with roaster at QB ( i pray perry gets the job back) for the time being.

I just want to know what kind of Sauce do you use on your Steak?

actually I just use regular salt and pepper ( with good steak this is all you really need in spices ) and sear the steak both side keep juices inside and baste with sweet butter thru your cooking process till your preferred wellness.
