Medium well

I don't care which side the cook errs as long as it's not any semblance of red and squishy.

In France I sent it back three times to be cooked some more and eventually the chef came out to confront me. Major howl. I can still picture the expression on his face, especially as I responded with laughter.

Oh my goodness!

I wouldn’t go back to that restaurant, friend.

I bet you enjoyed the special sauce they added when you sent it back.
Then the extra special sauce they added when you sent it back the 2nd time.

Then by the third time you could finally taste the fecal matter that you were craving right?

And then you told everyone around you how you KNEW that piece of meat wasn't to your satisfaction without that special sauce that you so desperately craved.

Wait...are you a member of the Tribe too? I'll add you to our list here on CIS. I want @njstateofmind and Kenneth over Passover in the Spring. They'll love the matzoh balls.

Manicotti is delicious.

I’d like a nice batch of that right now.

That's cool. How did your father and/or his family survive WWII? The ****'s devastated that area. You must know some rough stories.
