Used to be called "Pittsburged", essentially burnt on the outside and rare inside.

Not so much burnt, but seared. And if it’s a filet, im all in!

There's a little neighborhood here where you and Kenneth would fit right in. It's just below the utah campus on the foothills of the Wasatch. It's called Sugar House. It's very "accepting" of all people.
