UCF should not be ranked in the top 10 at any point this season with the schedule they have. Scheduling two crappy Power 5 teams doesn’t impress me.

If you followed college football you would realize their schedule is weak because most P5 schools for years have wanted no part of scheduling UCF. Going back to Mike Kruzeck (daunte culpepper era) and then came George O'learly ( who almost beat #2 Texas on ESPN in the 1st ever game at UCF's stadium. Mac Brown said in his on field post game interview he is never playing UCF again).

In 2000 UCF beat Bama in Tuscaloosa and in 2010 UCF beat UGA in Athens. So based on historical pay day games P5 schools don't schedule "easy" payday games against teams that stand a good chance to beat them.

idk wtf UCF really has to do to get respect as a program. They are great right now. They will give any team in the nation a challenge and would likely beat all but a few ranked ahead of them. They beat an Auburn team last year and they didn't look out of place at any position. They had the best players on the field, too, with Milton, Griffin, Mike Hughes, the UCF WRs. And that was against a legit, top flight SEC school. They would have waxed all but maybe Alabama and Georgia last year. They would have gone score for score with Oklahoma.

I get part of your point, but if they had FSU and Louisville on their schedule it wouldn’t be their fault those teams suck this year. USF beat GT, VT lost to ODU. There is no way to know the conference would be so suspect.

As for the canceled UNC game (Pitt lost to UNC), UCF would destroy UNC.
