Looks like Gruden is gonna be in trouble. He used racist language describing DeMaurice Smith in an email leaked to the Wall St. Journal. He said “Dumboriss Smith has lips the size of michellin tires,” in the email.

The NFL is reviewing right now for discipline but I would imagine he’s gonna have a hard time dealing with his own locker room.
