Coming into Fort Lauderdale Thursday afternoon for a few days to get the **** out of Chicago and the cold. Love Fort Lauderdale and have been there a few times. Was wondering if anyone knew some hot spots on Las Olas Blvd to have a few drinks?
I’ve only gone to dinner to Rocco’s, Louie Bossi’s, and American Social in past trips there. Thanks in advance.

If you don't mind a good dive bar and being a few miles off you Las Olas, check out Bimini Bay Bar. Nothing like the places on Las Olas however.
 
There is a really great Brazilian Steakhouse on Las Olas but I forget the name of it.
 
Also a Southern/Cajun restaurant with a pretty nice bar, one of Kim Bokamper’s resraurants I believe. The Balcony I think it’s called. The Royal Pig also has a nice gastro pub vibe.
 
I second Rooftop for drinks. Boathouse at the Riverfront Hotel is a new spot of the new river behind Las Olas.

I’m sure they have good happy hour deals. Ah man got myself a girl of 6 years so no dice on the chicks.

I'd go back to Rocco's it's great. I'm in Miami so I don't go to Liquordale much, but Blue Moon Fish Co. off of Commercial Blvd. on the intracoastal is a fabulous seafood place.

Rocco’s was great, tried going there last October for Taco Tuesday but it was insane so we went to American Social. In May we were able to get to Rocco’s. Appreciate the input and I could always go for some great seafood.

Good deal went to this other place across from Louie Bossi’s I think Sweet Nectar was the name of it. I wanted to watch the Lightning Caps game 7 and they had an outdoor bar and a few open spots so I posted up there and got messed up on IPA’s. Def would go back since their beer was pretty good.

Great got to keep that in mind cause the wife likes to drive up there on occasion to get away.
