They're App State good.

Biggest obstacle is geography - at least that's the argument that comes up as to why they have stayed put (same for Montana I believe).

Idaho dropped from FBS to FCS and are winning games and making playoff berths. Sometimes FCS is the right spot for some of these programs: looks at UMass (they should have stayed FCS)

Their fans say the home stadium is not big enough to be FBS, the dome seats 19K not sure what the requirement is for FBS I think they like being the big fish in that league and don't want to move up
