Basically he went off in the post game interview and blasted the coaches and said he won't be back

Urban tried to please everyone and ended up pleasing no one.

He needed to do what was best for his team and that was ride his best player, Zeke. He didn't, Zeke knows, and Zeke is ****ed and leaving.

The time Urban spent coddling Cardale was a waste. It should have been JT and Zeke from day 1 with the emphasis on the run game.
 
Said he was disappointed in the lack of effort by the coaching staff... Shots fired! Urban has to come down strong on him.
 
Good moar turmiol and locker room division for taint. Time for Urban to step down due to high levels of stress and heart issues.

I'm scratching my head on this one. We've had countless players stick up for Golden, even though he'd throw them under the bus. Urban's lost what? 3 games in the last 3 season. And someone criticizes his coaching? Golden's a fcking wizard. How not one player that was actively playing for him didn't call him out is beyond me.

It's because Urban demands excellence , competition and makes his players hate losing more than anything else in the world.
Al coddled his players, stressed unity over all else, bought them ice cream after practice and cared more about imparting life lessons than winning football games. Al was a life coach/counselor first, football coach second.

What? If Urban coaches that way, his players would fight anyone to defend him. Instead, he has players giving him the finger and blaming him for the loss. You do realize that we're on the verge of seeing Urban lose his second locker room, right?
