It sounds like you want a new head coach. The DC would just be play calling, but if there is an entitled culture that folds up when their expectations are ruined, it does not matter how good your DC is.

It sounds like you want a new head coach. The DC would just be play calling, but if there is an entitled culture that folds up when their expectations are ruined, it does not matter how good your DC is.

It's not the players faults, they're still children that need guidance, that's on coaching, and when the headcoach starts his tenure off naming quitters, losers and half hearted selfish ****'s as starters, that's never gone work at UM for sure or pretty much nowhere!
