The new DB's coach with the Phins is Curt ***** (lol, no seriously that's his name), a HS coach from Ohio.

It makes me wonder why the Phins have never taken a look at our CB's coach, as funny as it sounds I actually think Rumph would be better coaching in the NFL than in college where he doesn't have to recruit.

Because Flores is much smarter than that. Rumph is garbage. At any level.
 
Until Flores does something dumb, I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt. I'm hearing that with his scouting background, he's going to have a lot of input in this year's draft. It won't just be Grier calling the shots.

Hiring a retired Chan Gailey is not dumb...its fvckin retarded. Got Rid of O'Shea...and Bellicheats hired him before he moved out of the dolphin facility.

Gailey and Fitz have a relationship and they’ll be running more 4 WR sets this year. Not sure it was a bad move, we will see. Flores worked wonders this first year, I don’t see him suddenly making awful moves.

Honestly....I said it when Fitz was signed...he will win you 5-7 games now matter how bad the team is. If Rosen is the QB the phins may have gone 0-16.
Dont give Flores too much credit.
