Based on what? The total points put up? Yes. But he managed the game as it played out to perfection. The rams matched up well on D. That why I picked them to win. But Brady managed his way through it. You can throw for 350 and not play well. Or you can do what Brady did. Manage the game, pick his spots and make all the right decisions. And get the dub.
