That was awesome! The older you get the easier you cry......but I'm a man dam it.
 
I hate the Miami Heat but have nothing but respect for Wade. One of the all-time greats.

Imma miss D Wade, man. Doesn’t get his just due. All the spot light was on LBJ, and all D was doing was resurrecting a Miami basketball franchise, on his own. Gave Shaq new life. Help LBJ and Bosh win chips...meanwhile behind the scenes taking care of common folk from our city, man.

I wanted Wade to be a Bull so bad in that 2010 FA period. He was this close, too; but he wanted to be the man in his new city, the one that drafted a kid that came out of college w some knee questions. He rewarded the Heat franchise immensely for their faith in him. When he joined Chicago, he was a shell of himself, but still helped lead us to the playoffs and helped Jimmy B ascend as well.

Dude is nothing but a class act, and one of the most under appreciated superstars I’ve witnessed.

He’s considered the 3rd best SG in nba history. Doesn’t seem underestimated to me.

Thank u; but I didn’t say under estimated, I said under appreciated. National media loves trotting LBJ, Curry, Harden, KD, Russ, PG13. I feel like Wade just goes about his business & doesn’t really get talked about among the greats.

True, but those other guys are actually on good teams outside LBJ and it’s about them now. When Dwayne was in his prime he was among the most talked about nba players.
