Kap is an idiot and a pawn. EVERYONE needs to research the case that "inspired" him to start kneeling, then you'll see why he's an idiot. Police brutality is the last term you would use to describe that incident.

And for the person that wrote something about social justice. There is no such thing as social justice, there is only justice. The idea of social justice is the antithesis of individualism and kills the essence of American values.

Kap has the right to kneel, everyone has a right to call him an idiot for doing so, and nfl owners have a right to not employ him.
People don't want to mix politics or any other controversial issue with sports. Take that stuff somewhere else where it belongs. Brutality isn't just committed by police... address the brutality issue accurately and honestly.

There are so many false narratives people reinforce. Some do it bc of misinformation, some do it bc it gets them social cache, but most do it to push an agenda and to gain power.

This.
Cause your average joe blow law abiding, fun loving, people caring, hard working, good hearted American citizen isn't culpable of anything in mass... unless the agenda at hand has an obscure underlying objective.

It was a very poor choice by Kap that certainly alienated me. That aside, he seems to be a lightning rod. I appreciate his fight for social justice, but I think he really needs to get a better understanding of basic human nature. It’s not smart to start a cause by immediately alienating a shytload of people. Also, don’t wear a pro-Castro shirt in Miami (or anywhere else).

That is fair.

A few things to consider with Kap and his agenda.
1. He didn’t have to speak out. Many high profile personalities and athletes don’t attempt to go anywhere near Socio-political issues.
2. He didn’t grow up in an environment typical to those who are most often affected by what he is speaking out against. In other words, he is the “angry black man” with a lifelong chip on the shoulder.
3. Related to my 1st point. He had more to lose, than to personally gain. Despite all the needles self-promotion, greed and over indulgence typical of this age, he chose to protest knowing it would limit his financial options and perception in society.

Considering these points, you can question the how but not the why. Its hard to see his protests as anything other than a sincere attempt to bring to light a social injustice he felt strongly needed to change.

Obscure underlying objective is a perfect description of the new left. They are excellent at disguising issues using race, compassion, morality, etc. In reality they are trying to deconstruct pillars of American society in an attempt to break down the idea of an individual, causing that individual to be dependent on the state, and thus giving the state more power over the individual.

That is fair.

Research the case.

Are you mentally ill?

Kap is making way more money now than he would be in the NFL, do you not remember Blaine Gabbert was starting over him and the 49ers were going to cut him?

The only thing Kap "sacrificed" is his dying NFL career, kudos to making alot of $$$

So you think things under Batista in Cuba were worse than under Castro? As I recall, no Cubans fled to Miami under Batista. Apples and oranges my friend. Batista was crooked like a Boss Tweed or a Huey Long. Castro on the other hand was a despicable, murderous communist dictator who made the entire country miserable. Sixty years later, Cuba is still suffering and under oppression.
BS....As you recall??...Evidently your recall is 100% wrong....Bautista was NO better than Castro...stop with the Stupidity

Imagine you have a business and was hiring and you look up and he's standing there inquiring and his only questions are when is sick time and vacation time accumulated nothing about work description LMAO LMAO.

I can't count how many NFL quarterbacks have shown potential, had great numbers, and then tapered off after just a few years.
