I've haven't watched a lot of ULL games, but I've heard from gamblers that have backed them that Napier is an absolutely awful in-game coach.

Has anyone else heard the negatives of his lack of in-game performance?

To coach at Miami (or a traditional football school), yes, although I don't either would be perfect fits here. Napier by all accounts is waiting for an SEC opening (LSU?). Chadwell on the other hand I think can present problems if he were to go to an ACC type school. His offense would be a pain, similar to the Paul Johnson's G. Tech teams.
